Financing Your Treatments

PRACTICE POLICIES

Please provide us with at least 24 hours advance notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests to allow us to accommodate other patients.

Appointment Reservations & Cancellations: A valid credit card on file is required to reserve your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments ("no-shows") will result in a fee ranging from $50.00 up to the full fee of the reserved procedure.

Treatment Packages: Any promotional or package discount offers are applied to the final treatment in the series.

Product Returns: Retail skincare and clinical supplements are non-refundable. Exchanges are honored for manufacturer-defective items only.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates do not expire and are transferable upon written authorization from the original purchaser.

Elective Services: Aesthetic, cosmetic, and regenerative wellness services are elective and are not covered by conventional commercial health insurance.

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS:

Prescription refill requests are processed exclusively during normal office hours Monday – Friday, 11:00 am – 6:00 pm when clinical charts and medical history are accessible. Refills are not provided on weekends, holidays, or if you have not completed an in-person follow-up within the past six months.
